Samples of our products will be sent by USPS, without tracking. Products may vary in color from that seen on your monitor. If the color-way you requested is out of stock we will send an alternate design in the color you requested alongside the design you requested in the closest matching color-way. We highly recommend purchasing samples or requesting color information prior to placing an order.
Many of our products are available for dispatch within 1 – 3 weeks of the order date. Some of our products have longer lead times—please reference individual product pages for any notes and the “Info” section of this website for lead times by product category.
Payment must be received from the customer in full before production and despatch of orders, unless otherwise agreed with Aimée Wilder.
Delivery charges will be added to the Customer's order total at checkout and are subject to the terms to our Shipping Policy and Lead Time. Delivery will normally be by post or courier. Delivery on all orders is Ex-Works. If there is any shortage in delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Aimée Wilder within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos of both the box and its contents in entirety. The Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer and the Customer must ensure that address details which they provide are accurate. Aimée Wilder cannot be held responsible for lost working time or any associated costs in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, incorrect, damaged or faulty. Such delays may occur for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather and natural disaster.

All Products are believed by Aimée Wilder to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Aimée Wilder immediately as it is discovered. Hanging and application instructions are available in the ‘Measurements & Installation’ section of this website. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Aimée Wilder in good faith. It will ultimately be for the customer to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the product having regard to their own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to AiméeWilder. The liability of Aimée Wilder will not exceed the value of the products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
